About the Simulation

This simulator uses a model that replicates the Genshin Impact gacha system.

  • Base Rate: The base appearance rate for limited 5-star characters is 0.6%
  • Early 5* System ("Miracle") accounted for (if applicable)
  • Starting from the 74th pull, the rate increases by 6% per pull
  • Pity System: Guaranteed 5-star at the 90th pull
  • 50/50 System: When a 5-star appears, there's a 50% chance it's the limited character
  • Guarantee System: If the previous 5-star was not the limited character, the next 5-star is guaranteed to be the limited character

Note: Increasing the number of simulations improves calculation accuracy but also increases processing time.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Expected Value?

Expected value is the average result you can anticipate over many trials. For example, if the expected value of 5-star characters for 100 pulls is 1.5, it means that on average, you would obtain 1.5 5-star characters per 100 pulls.

Is a higher number of simulations better?

Yes, a higher number of simulations increases the accuracy of the results. However, it also increases the calculation time. Around 10,000 simulations usually provide sufficient accuracy.

Can the results differ from the actual game?

This simulator is based on official probability information, but results may differ from actual in-game outcomes. Individual results also vary significantly due to luck.
